LED price signs for charging stations?

Interesting article on NACS-online... As a manufacturer of LED Gas Price Signs, one cannot but wonder about our future in a world where gas station are replaced by charging stations. Why would anyone need Fuel Price Signs when all gas stations will be selling is electrical charges... for $1 a pop, or whatever the price will be. Or maybe my kids will be able to charge their electrical vehicle in 5 minutes for $5, 20 minutes for $3, etc. and maybe they'll be able to pay cash/credit?
